Payments

Credit Card Payment:

Have Fun Travel processes credit card information/payment securely through the travel supplier or cruise line your vacation is booked with.  In some cases, when the travel supplier or cruise line only accepts a single payment your credit card will be processed by Have Fun Travel, LLC.  At time of payment you will be informed as to who will be processing your payment.


We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. 


Credit Card payments will only be processed once a completed and signed credit card authorization form authorizing Have Fun Travel to process your payment is received.



Check or Money Order Payment:

Checks and money orders are accepted for regular or monthly payments.

Checks and money orders are accpeted for Deposit and Final Payments as log as it is receved at least 7 business days prior to due date.

If paying by check or money order, please email or call Have Fun Travel to provide the name of the mail provider (USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, DHL) and the trackable number.



Cash:

We do not recommend using cash as a payment.  However, if necessary, we will make arrangements to meet with you to accept your cash payment.  You will receive a written receipt at time of payment and then will receive a digital receipt once your payment has been applied to your account/vacation.

Deposits:

If your vacation or cruise is booked several months in advance, you can place a deposit to secure your reservation and make final payment 30-45 days for vacations or 75-90 days for cruises.  If you choose to included travel protection on your vacation it must be paid for at time of deposit.


When you receive your FREE No Obligation Quote you will be informed how much of a deposit is needed to book your vacation or cruise.


A major credit card(s) is the only form of payment accepted for an individual reservation deposit.  Checks or money orders are only accepted for group reservations and must be received at least 7 days prior to deposit date. 


Multiple credit cards can be used to make a deposit.

Regular or Monthly Payments:

It is highly recommended that regular or monthly payments towards the balance of your vacation or cruise are made to make travel affordable and stress-free.   Payments can be made on a weekly, biweekly, bimonthly or monthly basis.  You will receive an email reminder from Have Fun Travel at the beginning of each month reminding you of your balance remaining and final payment due date.

Final Payment:

Final payment varies from supplier to supplier and ranges from 30 days to 90 days prior to departure.  Most vacation travel suppliers require final payment 45 days prior to departure(Delta vacations is 30 days prior).  Most cruise lines require final payment 75 days prior to departure and 90 days for holiday sailings.


A Major credit card is suggested as form of payment for final payment.  Checks or money orders and must be received at least 7 days prior to final payment due date.


If final payment is not applied by due date, your reservation will automatically cancel. 


 

Multiple Payments:

Payments can be split between multiple credit cards.  Each person on a reservation can pay with their individual credit card for their portion of the reservation.
