Hotels
Las Vegas is like no other travel destination in the world. There is a hotel to meet everyone’s needs or wants. You can travel the world all in one trip. The hotels have different themes that transport you to a world of their own. Experience a breathe-taking and romantic trip up the Eiffel Tower for a panoramic view of Las Vegas. Stroll through St. Mark's Square to enter the Venetian and view the beautiful artwork on the ceilings or take a gondola ride as if you were in Italy. Walk over the Brooklyn Bridge, view the Statue of Liberty or loop through the sky on the roller coaster at New York New York. Experience the water shows at the Bellagio or the conservatory. Be part of the eruption at The Mirage as the volcano explodes each night. You will be in awe of the buildings, lights, and Glitz and Glam of the Las Vegas Strip and Fremont Street.

Rooms
All rooms are not created equal in Las Vegas. When choosing a room think about what you are looking for: beds, view, smoking/nonsmoking, spa tub, amenities, etc.
Many standard or deluxe rooms come with a king bed. If you need 2 queen beds or double beds in your room then it will cost you additional for a guaranteed Queen room. Rooms with a Strip or City view or on a higher floor will cost additional. The maximum number of people per room is four except for a suite which may allow additional people. Some hotels are smoke free while others offer you a choice of a smoking or nonsmoking room. However, rooms are not guaranteed until check-in. If you smoke in a nonsmoking room the hotel will charge you a cleaning fee.
It never hurts at check-in to ask for an upgrade.

Check-In
You must be 21 years of age to check-in and provide valid government/state identification such as a driver's/nondriver's license, passport or military id. The name must match exactly as it appears on the reservation.

The max number of people per room is four. If multiple people are staying in the room I highly recommend you have each person’s name added to the room upon check in. This will allow each person access to guest services in case they need a duplicate room key. This will also ensure that each person has their own room key which is needed in some hotels to show to security at the elevators, operate the elevator or show for admission to the pool or fitness center.

Check-in is usually 3:00 pm or 4:00 pm.
Check-out is usually 11:00 am or 12:00 pm.

Hotels do offer an earlier check-in or later check-out depending upon availability for an additional charge. If you do not want to pay the additional fee or there is no availability, the hotel will hold your luggage at the Bell Desk.

If you will be arriving late in the evening please contact the hotel and inform them.

Deposits
Hotels require a valid credit card upon check-in for incidentals. If you are using a MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express an authorization is usually placed on your card. If you are using a Debit Card then funds may be extracted based upon the number of nights you are staying. Some hotels will accept cash as a deposit however; you will only be allowed to charge back to the room the amount that you left as a deposit. Please check with your hotel prior to check-in about their policy.
Resort Fees
Hotels charge a mandatory resort fee that must be paid in full to the hotel at check-in or check-out. Fees can range from $12.00 to $25.00 per day plus tax. These fees are charged for amenities that the hotel offer such as Wi-Fi, fitness center, etc. Please check with your hotel prior to check-in for fee amount and what it includes. Check with your travel agent or hotel for specific fees.
